mum Mother

mum Mother

1–1
It’s been five years since you left us to be with the Lord, and not a day goes by that we don’t feel the weight of your absence.  You were more than a mother — you were our guide, our fiercest protector, and our greatest cheerleader. Your love was steady and always present. We miss your voice, your hugs, your timeless beauty, and your quiet strength. But we take comfort in knowing you are with our beloved father, the love of your life. Yours was a bond that taught us what true partnership looks like — rooted in love, respect, and shared purpose. As a lifelong educator, you didn’t just teach in classrooms — you taught through how you lived: with grace, humility, and an unwavering belief in the power of kindness. You poured your heart into your siblings, in-laws, extended family, students, and community, always giving more than you took. We carry you Mum in our hearts, in our choices, and in the way we are raising our children. We miss you, Mum. We always will, until we meet again. Elizabeth, Angela, Anthony and Arthur
